Good Points

Absolutely nothing worst company i have dealt with in my opinion. No exaggeration !!!


Bad Points

Over billing , failure to record or act on complaints, impossible to get rid of till contract ends and i guarantee you will want to.


General Comments

I am now tied into an 18 month contract and expect nothing but a long battle with them over charging me in my opinion. I have been overcharged due to their policy of connecting you first then allocating a billing date. This means you are charged for the period that the phone is being delivered and you could not use it! Why is billing date not the same as connection date? They also charged me for itemized billing and photo messaging, not requested by me and canceled as soon as I noticed they were there. I was assured by operator all charges and bundles removed. Though they still appear on my bill? I have rang 6 times to sort this out each time I'm told it's sorted and its not! You can not email them for billing enquiries hence you will have no record of canceling bundles or refunds etc. I have other problems with them but don't want to run out of space!
