Absolutely none.
Unhelpful customer service.
I ordered a dress for a Christmas party early December. (Before people assume I had already risked disappointment by leaving it too late, I would like to mention that I had already ordered the same dress from Oli.co.uk and had exactly the same problem). By 5th December the money had left my bank account but the dress had not arrived. I called and was told that the dress was being despatched that day. It got to the 11th (three days before party) and I called again. I was told that the dress had been misrouted and would be with me in two days. I was annoyed as this would be too late for my party so I asked the customer services rep to cancel my order. I was told that I was unable to cancel the order, and instead would have to reject the delivery. However the delivery has still not arrived. I called again on 20th (post Christmas party- I managed to get a lovely dress from Republic for significantly less). I was assured that the money would be refunded to my bank within the next couple of days. Still no money. Today I called again to find out why the money hadn't turned up only to be told that they only had notes for one of the conversations with customer services reps and that it would take up to a week to find out what had happened to my dress and then to sort out the refund. My major concern is, there is no guarantee that they even record the conversation.
