Great , energy filled excersise tape

Its a bit repetative!

General Comments

When i do the workout , i feel amazing after. It leaves me bouncing up and down with all the energy, its such a great feeling.

The results are great, it keeps me completely toned! It would have been even better if they had a variety of 3 workouts worth 50 minutes each so you can change between them , to keep you keen, but its still amazing.
