Fast to take your money and friendly during purchase
Bad Points
So far they will not give me a refund, even for 30 day risk free offer.
As far as I am concerned as soon as they have your money the support ends.
Long, long hold times for support in my opinion too.
They have been an unhelpful customer service when I tried to cancel.
General Comments
Purchased a 2 year plan with 30 day "Risk Free" guarantee. After 6 days of NO SUPPORT I cancelled the package. I was then told that to AIT "RISK FREE" does NOT mean refund.
MY ADVICE IS TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM AIT.
