When I first got it I took it apart a few times trying to find out what was blocking it. Nothing but dust, it seems.

Panasonic make great TVs - but I wouldn't go near one of their vacuum cleaners again. I can't believe this got past their quality assurance process.

The handle on the dust collector looks like a place to pick up the cleaner - so you keep pulling out the dust collector instead of picking up the vacuum.

There are wheels on the suction end which leaev a gap between the floor and the sucker, so breaking the vacuum and leaving lots of fluff on the floor.

The dust collector is hard to get dust out of, so you end up with dust everywhere when emptying it!

As all the other reviewers have noted, the machine loses suction after cleaning a few rooms. You need to clean out the various filters every time you use the machine. If you don't - and no-one ever does it after having just used the machine - no suction at all. Which means that anytime you want to use the thing, you end up waiting a couple of hours for the filters to dry out.
