They did respond, as they were obliged to, to my £2 statutory request.
Much prodding needed. OK, it's only £2, but it IS the law! The report I received needed correction, for which I followed the correct procedure which, like the whole procedure is machine-generated. I had to remind them of their statutory obligations before I got any response at all to my Notice of Correction. I felt the service was very grudging and incomplete, and I still don't really know if the corrections have been successfully applied. My next routine trawl will show.
Impersonal, too much emphasis on flogging the much more expensive variants of the same service. The £2 report is fine if you have an IQ in double figures.
