Good Points

Semi automatic
12 shot clip
Accurate enough for most uses
Quiet
Light weight
Works well with scopes
It doesnt seem to be picky about what kinds of pellets you use
Works for hunting birds and squirrels within 20 yards.

Bad Points

The iron sights on this gun and any other crosman royally suck. So if you want to be able to actually hit anything, then mount a scope.
The co2 power level is really unpredictable, especially if your shooting outside during the winter.
The gun is mostly plastic.

General Comments

All in all, this is a solidly mediocre air rifle. It does what it is supposed to and with my 4x32AO scope, the pellets generally hit what I'm aiming at. In general, it is not suitable for hunting, because of it's limited range and minimal stopping power, but given the right circumstances, it will kill things like squirrels and birds. I've had this gun for about 5 years and never even bothered to try and kill anything with it, but today there was a squirrel sitting about 10 yards off, on a tree limb and I dropped him with one shot, so if you get in close enough and the scope is properly sighted, then take the shot but otherwise dont bother. It groups very well on paper targets with Crosman Premier Super-Point pellets. It's also fun to shoot up cans and such with this gun.
