I found the Tower Pressure Cooker as easy to use as one can make pressure cookers. Aluminum base looks flat when new, but distorts after normal use, losing thermal contact with electric cookers, o.k. for gas. Energy and flavor-saving. Poor spares support for a fairly expensive utensil.
