Faster than IE, IE based so renders all the pages that IE does, pop up free, stable under 1MB installation file for XP which perhaps the least for any browser I do know of:-
IE7~17MB,FF~10MB,Opera~5MB
Not Good with plugins yet, lot of IE plugins work but there is need for Bookmark addons like Stumble Upon, Digg,Spurl etc.
