A product arrived.
It wasn't what I ordered.
I ordered a Tom Tom Sat Nav 6 software package with European door to door navigation from Blue Unplugged, but I got sent the UK only version.
This was in September, and I have been trying to get customer service to resolve this.
First they said they would, but then said they couldn't get the European maps (I could get them direct from Tom Tom in about 2 minutes). Then they said that because I had registered the UK version (which it does automatically when it installs) there was nothing they could do.
Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
Not impressed at all.
