Easy to use, good quality recordings, does everything I wanted with my TV recordings, copies, DVD playing DV camcorder recordings which I download to HD and watch, then copy to DVD's.
Bad Points
I have had it for 13 months and it has stopped working properly, I can record to HD only, no longer can I record or copy to DVD. I have tried a new software download to no avail. I am now going to have to send back. Luckily I have proof of purchase (2 year warranty) but in passing the guy I spoke to on the phone mentioned that if I didn't have the receipt they wouldn't be able to help me as they didn't do chargeable repairs!
General Comments
Good operationally, but after two years you need to buy another when it goes wrong! I may just be unlucky, but a breakdown within a year is dissapointing. Back up anything important on to a DVD form the HD in case yours goes wrong too...
