Everything imagineable
I have banked with these guys for 27yrs. Recently they changed my address on my account for me - I haven't moved in over 5 yrs! They then accused me of doing it as you have to sign. They sent all my details to another person (fortunately honest as returned the mail unopened to the bank). They then froze my account causing me to be charged by my mortgage company (them) and refused to reimburse the charges for their mistake. Eventually they owned up to their mistake and reimbursed me, but I will be closing my accounts with them.
