Not many I am sorry to say, speed no where near what they say it should be, because my line is too far away from the BT centre.
When I joined 10 months ago they had real problems with emails, long, long wait on helpline most times gave up. Not at all helpful. so have switched to plusnet, people seem to have problems with Plus net so far no problems and very helpful have alsao awitched to Home Phone again no problems. Eclipse charged me £40.00 to switch although no contarct or small print given. Think very carefully before you join that lot.
Overall very unahappy and hope people think very carefully before joining Eclipse. Netgear router offered for £69.99 after being used for 10 months they say it is free when you join and to me free is free unless they warn you before you sign up which of course they do not!
