Easy to use but the layout is not as good as the older model.
Within 5 months door switch has been replaced. Poor layout for glasses, not enough room if glass is taller than average.
Extremely poor after sales service, you can be waiting TWO weeks or more! 5 year parts is really a con, if your appliance is over two years old or they consider it to be unrepairable then you are offered one at a discount - which is not much. I will never buy this make again and advise others to steer well clear.
