Good Points

Keyboard is easy to learn and easy to use once you get used to it. Nice screen with bright colours.


Bad Points

For me the phone has to be reset every now and then if it siezes up and after a year of use I am having trouble with the roller ball working in the verticle direction.


General Comments

The blackberry pearl 8100 is my favorite device so far. I am a high user being a real estate agent and find this device very user friendly. You have to be very careful not to drop it and I strongly recommend carrying it in a leather case to protect it should it happen to fall as it is a very sensitive computerized device.
