Good Points

Fairly easy to navigate.


Bad Points

Up until about 6 months ago I could count on transfers within my BofA accounts to take place almost immediately. Unfortunately now it appears that transfers can show pending for days. It's ridiculous, the funds are available and I am only transferring from my accounts to my accounts. The pending has caused a late payment to my credit card and once I waited 2 days for funds (for christmas gifts) to transfer from my savings account to my checking account. Fortunately, I have overdraft protection, otherwise I would have incurred fees. I am now looking into other banks & their online services. I've had it with BofA. Calls to their customer service dept over issues such as these has only led to more confusion. I have been told different policies each time, never consistent. The information on their website can differ from what a human tells me. I truly feel they are only trying to make money off of their customers by charging fees. I have been a customer since 1990 and have 3 accounts & 1 credit card with them. I have never been so dissatisified and dissolutioned as I am now.

Service has gone downhill this last year.
