Booked cruise on internet with Thomson's with relative ease.
Same holiday appeared on website next day £20 cheaper, tried calling call centre three times first time put on hold for twenty minutes and call handler did not return, I hung up out of frustration, called them back the next day asked them to call me back said they would and didn't, called third time related problem and more or less told too bad asked for supervisor to call me back and didn't. Sent two emails to two of their local branches asking for assistance and was ignored!!
I have now decided to cancel trip with them and go elsewhere I mentioned to one call handler it was my intention to cancel under the 7 day cooling off period and he said that did not apply they only take cancellations within 24 hours, which is total nonsense, there is absolutely no customer service but they will take your money quick enough!!!
