Good Points
Blissfully easy to set up. Anyone can record programmes.

Bad Points
We get some ghosting - with the "if you can see this screen message" scrolling faintly in the background of digital channels. We're in a good signal area so hav'nt sussed this out yet. We dont get it on the TV on its own.

General Comments
Having just come to the end of my tether with a ferociously complicated JVC combined VHS and DVD recorder I was ready to give up tv altoghether so to get something which was a) cheap. B) useable is fantastic.

Go for the 160GB version if you can afford to - once you've got some films recorded you start to eat into the disk space.
