General Comments

I have had a policy with pinnacle for a few years now,I have recently made a claim due to being off work for 4 weeks following an operation. When I originally took out the policy the cover was paid back to the 1st day(I know this as I claimed in 2001 when I was made redundant)now they have told me I dont, I get payment AFTER the 30 days.the policy must have changed at some point and I wasnt informed. I have also just found out I have been paying a couple of pounds more a month than a new customer would.
