Great if/when you get a response!
Poor/apathetic customer service
I had only used the Photobox website service once before recently, and the service was quick and acceptable standard of prints.
So we thought we would put several orders in, with in the set 'required order date' by photobox to order for delivery before Christmas. Several weeks on, numerous phone calls, emails and complaints later, we are still waiting for a response, dispatch, and delivery.
We have not been able to deliver cards or family presents by New Year let alone Christmas!
Very disappointed and let down :0(
