4 flights in one week, all late by 2 hrs each. Took 3 hrs to check in at Heathrow as they opened the desk late and had 1 person most of the time. Food very bad. Ground staff very rude. This company is very incompetent and never heard of customer service.
Compared to them Ryanair will be 5 star!
