General Comments

We ordered 9 Xmas presents from amazon.co.uk in late November, all apparently in stock at Amazon itself - so far (end December) only 3 products have been received. Each one of these has been delivered in huge boxes with unbelievable amounts of packaging. Including a bracelet which was on it's own in a box around 2 feet square. The waste is completely unjustifiable.

I have not used Amazon for quite some time before this because, quite frankly, I do not think their prices are all that competitive, but rest assured I shall not be using them again after this. It has left 6 people - mostly children - very disappointed that certain presents still haven't been received well after the big day.
