General Comments

They have charged over £100 in fees. I pleaded with them to remove the fees, not the money I owed them, I knew I needed to pay that. But they insisted on leaving the charges on. I have had to borrow money to pay them in full, weeks ago. And then I get another statement starting the whole thing off again trying to charge me another £12. And with it a letter urging me to use my available credit, knowing that I have had huge difficulties paying them off which they were totally disinterested in.

    I agree with this review because... I myself was unable to pay by the due date because my phone lines were down and as I live in the country and could not drive I was unable to go to the bank or the store. When phone lines were working again 3 days past due date I made the payment and explained why I was late but they explained the late fee was already on and they would not remove it. I was very upset about this. I certainly will never shop with them again.
