They did not supply a car at Edinburgh airport leaving me stranded with a young child on boxing day
Having booked a car for boxing day @ Edinburgh airport Eurocar who were contract by easycar to supply the car refused to do this. The customer advisor was indifferent, saying take this up with easycar and said they had no cars left. When I tried to call their helpline (help being a joke) at 60p per minute which is located they informed me of there no refund no cancellation policy and could not help in any way. I would not recommend!!
