Lost all my account opening details three times, lost a cheque I paid in and then start charging a monthly £5.
Got fed up waiting to be able to access my account via the internet. Credit transfers from clients overseas came through without proper identification on my statements causing all sorts of problems.
Not prepared to use their premium rate 0870 number to speak to them. Local branch after saying I could call them from their telephone then said they had been informed that they must not do so in the future.
Trying to close the account but they fail to respond to my faxes. Their monthly fee is more than LloydsTSB where I have now opened a couple of new business accounts!!
They are not worth the bother.
