I don't know what planet some people are on when they write negative stuff but that was not my experience. I was there for a honeymoon with our 5 yr old daughter, the hotel was absolutely fantastic no problems very modern and clean, with friendly and helpful staff, the children's entertainment was fantastic. Our daughter was very well looked after and made some new friends. I always say don't go back to the same place twice, there is so much more out there, but knowing that my children will be entertained & well looked after I will be going back. I would also like to say that as for the food there was a vast choice. However on a couple of occasions there was nothing there for our daughter (she's a very fussy eater) all I had to do was ask and they made what ever she wanted. You have to visit it's fantastic. The only point I could say on the down side is that when we first got there the room was inappropriate we asked to be moved to another room and they did within 30 mins.
