Bad Points
No tickets, no refund - I would never use Last minute as an 'agent for a 3rd party' again. They failed to help you when there were problems.

General Comments
My partner tried (at the beginning of December) to organise a wine experience with 'Vinopolis' in London for Christmas. It's now 28th Dec and the promised tickets have still not turned up.



Last minute have washed their hands of this because they are acting as an agent for Vinopolis. But they took our money!



If you find Last Minute acting as an agent for a third party take my advice and go direct to the third party. In this case we would have got e-tickets instead of paper ones that still hasn't turned up!!!!
