Very good noise canceling for motor, road and engine noise. Very good audio quality (vocal and music). Appear to be well made. Ear cups comfortable against face.
Bad Points
Tight fit on head (medium or larger) kind of heavy for long wearing (you know they are their). Very bulky, even when folded up. May be a problem carrying in a hard side briefcase.
General Comments
If you can live with the size issues listed under bad points these are good headphones for the price.
