Good Points

Good helpful service
if stuff looks dodgy they'll replace it (mostly with a brand new copy)
great for old-school games
great for imports.


Bad Points

shops are a bit small
don't know if your game will be in stock.


General Comments

i find G-force is the best gaming store for hard to find games such as dreamcast games and cool rare games for other consoles such as half life and phantasy star online series. I think their customer service is the best because they give there honest opinion and don't see you as a money bag. I remember my first console (when i was around 4 years old ) i bought the sega saturn about 10 years ago and i remember when i couldn't play it because i didn't have the right cable for my tv (this was sega's fault) and the G-force (this was the one in Clydebank i should say) guy (the same guy i bought the dreamcast from) gave me the cable and threw in a pre-owned game for free. The only two problems are the shops are a bit on the small side but i guess its the space they rent and how small the company is the other is you don't know if the game your looking for will be in stock which is a bad problem but i guess it is a bit of a money issue
