I placed an order on the 20th December for next day delivery and when it didn't turn up I was unable to contact anyone either via the phone or by email. it is now the 27th Dec and I am still unable to contact anyone on the phone and have not recieved any response to my emails. Complete and utter lack of customer care at this time.


General Comments

Even when things go wrong it would help if there was some form of automated response - a message on your telephone answer system explaining your absence or breakdown due to demand or an email acknowledging receipt. As it stands now I don't know whether this company has completely disappeared along with my cash! Will never use again.
