General Comments

After wanting to order a DVD from Amazon for Christmas and finding the item was out of stock, I found the same item on 101CD (in stock) and placed an order. The order status online was checked and was "waiting to ship". It stayed this way until Christmas, with no sign of the shipment actually happening (I then cancelled the order).
I wrote asking for an update on the order, but received no response.

I would not recommend this site at all.
