The staff are very freindly, the boat is always clean,
Bad Points
Food is poor with limited choice always cold plates, the entertainment poor!
General Comments
I can not see how this is classed as a 5 star deluxe i would rate it as 3 to 4, on arrival at the boat the reps are asking for £25 per person for tips but if you pay this at the end of your holiday everyone still wants a tip,
