Good Points

Loved the Scanner till I had to go to XP. There are no drivers that work without messing with registry.


Bad Points

Drivers are not kept up and they are not answering e-mails to help


General Comments

Driver help for XP sucks. I will not buy another Mustek. You should not have to mess with Registry to get a product to work.
