There is all sorts of things to keep you going, and not get bored. Like helping the locals, new faces, and mini games.
If you are a pro gamer, you may complete all the tasks pretty quickly. You can still play the game when all the tasks are completed but I suspect it isn't as fun.
MySims is a good DS game which I personally think is better than Animal Crossing.
Will keep you amused with many things to do!
