Bad Points
Problems and more problems I can not download e-mails for over 10 days
I can not get any answeres about what is wrong and when the problems will be sorted.
General Comments
Never go with ISP's who don't advertise a free technical support line/email. The guys on their phone lines are quite polite and friendly but have clearly no idea what is going on "behind the scenes". The status reports on their website usually say "no problems" even when you can't get into them! Having said that, they are very poor on customer service.
