My local stores quickly sell out the noir (black), and it takes a long time to restock ... and I live in a large city.


General Comments

Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Liner goes on so easily. I am a "mature" user and have had trouble with eyeliner not going on smoothly, as well as stretching the eyelid skin, but this one works well.
