I visited a Zara store in Las Vegas, Nevads, USA and found a cute jacket i liked for $170 USD. When i was in the fitting room the attendent rudely was yelling that all customers had one minute to make their selections. I found the jacket to fit well, but it was cheaply made with threads falling out of the buttons and seams. So I get to the register, and asked the teller about the "used" jacket, and she rudely says, "we don't give discounts!" I wasn't wanting a discount, I wanted to inquire if they had anymore in stock...but she didn't give me a chance. So, of course I left without any purchases.
