Laurell K. Hamilton, Burnt Offerings Review

Overall Rating

Fast-paced, full of action and it has good strong characters.

if you haven't read any of her other stories, it can be a bit full on. It might be a bit graphic for some readers.

As a fantasy novel I really liked Laurell K. Hamilton's 'Burnt Offerings'. I liked the different types of vampires, werewolves etc. that they had and the way they are a kind of accepted part of society.

It's a nice take and an interesting idea of how these "mythic" beasts would fit in modern day society.
