Good Points

Very impartial and helpful

Offers superb insurance policy for Pay & Go phones


Bad Points

Can be slightly dearer than other shops
Website is usually unclear or behind, but not all the time


General Comments

I have had several phones in my past and all of them have come from the The Link. There insurance/warranty policy for Pay & Go phones is brillant and quite cheap compared to the other shops. All i know if some of the phones are slightly dearer then other shops but the service is brilliant and also if your phone breaks down you can take it to Dixons, Currys of The Link for advice and repair details as the are all run by the chain Dixons and work under the repairers Mastercare. On the whole a great store and there advice is impartial and they dont nag like others do to take out certain policies, they ask once not hundreds of times like The Carphone Warehouse and they are unbiased because they dont own their own virtual network unlike The Carphone Warehouse who have their own network FRESH and they always want you to join that.

Good Store, worth a visit
