My experience was extremely unfavorable. The ring I received was far from the image on bidz.com.The ring I received was significantly different. I returned the ring for a refund as stated on bidz.com; however they gave me a 60% refund. They claimed that the ring was exactly as described, even though I sent them the enhanced image with the return.

    Thank you for your inquiry. It is very unfortunate that your experience with Bidz.com was unpleasant. A 15% restocking fee applies to a returned item,If the item upon inspection was as described, (this is based on the showcase description), then you are charged the fee. When you are to make a purchase, make sure that you read the description carefully and base your decision mostly on the description because the image is magnified from 10 to 30 times more the actual item. So read everything carefully so that you have a good idea as to how the item looks

    I am well aware of the image magnification. The ring was not as depicted; the image is part of the description. The ring I received looked like a piece of junk.

    Please be advised that all the images are magnified from 10-30 times the actual item size. You always have to keep that in mind when you receive the item...
