Absolutely diabolical service!! Ordered a book - got confirmation, then 2 days later advised not in stock. Then they sent out but no book was ever received. Customer service were of NO help at all. I offered to pick the book up at the local store, but they wouldn't allow this!

General Comments

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering the goods from Waterstones. I would NEVER use them again! Any discount received has been used trying to get through to them on the phone - only for them to be useless!!
