the good points about my nova was that no matter how much i thrashed it,it just would not blow up. It was the 1.4 8v single point injection,
Bad Points
only 4 gears, why do vauxhall do it to us!
General Comments
Mine was the 3 door Vauxhall Nova GTE 2.0 Turbo SRI, colour coded front'n'rear bumpers + sidescurts. it had a full piper performance exaust system (3.5"tailpipe)it also had a k&n induction kit + kentcam. Rollin road tuning red:105BHP not bad considering.

I had a 1.2 Merit, and because of only 4 gears, I had more in the gear range than a 5 speed. Maybe not top end (speed), but I had an obsession with Cavalier SRi's, GTE's and GSi's back in the nineties, and I killed a lot of them. I also had a 1.4 Astra Expression - same as with the Nova - I killed most of them.
