General Comments

one month behind has induced the wrath of the arrears dept. being self-employed ,you are reliant upon being paid on time,or in my case,not at all. BM totally unhelpful when informed of the situation,before arrears occured.advised to sell my tools or van to satisfy their demands.reduced payments for a short period not an option. i got the impression that this dept is commission driven. with the exception of one employee,whom my wife spoke to on two seperate occassions,a miracle in itself,and agreed a payment plan, BM is one extremely poor company to deal with when problems occur. their communication within their company is non-existent. With constant phone calls to urgently contact a dept which is closed over a matter which you have already sorted out with another member of staff.(message on ans m/c 8.10 am on a sat morn, to urgently contact an office which is shut until monday)
