General Comments

The Interactive Investor Website (www.iii.co.uk) is the worst piece of site design I've ever seen. I find the double login system with it's vast arrays of passwords is completely impenetrable. I went in to the main site, then I created an entirely separate login for the share dealing area.

I work in IT and I cannot get to the share dealing part of the site reliably in under an hour - and thats with telephone support. It's closed now for the Christmas holidays and until they all come back from their Christmas holidays I'm completely locked out. Not recommended unless you have a phd in higher mathematics and could do feats of memory as a full time occupation for spare cash.
