Didn't provide adequate service at point of sale, misinformed my son.


General Comments

My son recently bought various items from Klick Photopoint in Worksop and was sold a 1Gb SD storage card to enable him to retrieve photographic data from the internal memory in his camera. The camera does not have the software inbuilt to enable this operation to be performed. So I accompanied my son back to the shop to return the card and have his money refunded. They informed us that no refund could be given as once the item had been removed from its packaging, it could not be resold.
They also misinformed my son saying it would enable him to produce better quality photos (from a 2 megapixel camera!).
