Easy to use. No extra knowledge is necessary.
Bad Points
A floppy (3-1/2" 4X floppy diskette, 1.44MB format) is a limiting factor but the option of sony memory stick (Sony Memory Stick (MSAC-FD2M) overwhelms for high storage and video.
General Comments
The Sony Mavica MVC FD87 is fun to use. Fast way to examine on the computer the few photos taken on the floppy disk. Plug and play no extra adaptor is required. Good to walk with on the streets of New york.
