When they get the ordering right it is a good service


Bad Points

Very poor customer care. My Xmas order did not arrive. The company put a message on an answer machine!


General Comments

Some stuff is from Caledonian Connoisseur is good, but I have had very poor fish - which was replaced, but ruined a dinner party. The worse was my Xmas order that I had to chase Parcelforce for. Have they taken on too much? At £17.50 for some scallops, which were obviously for Xmas I would have thought they would have let me know they were unable to provide! I opened the box after chasing it all over the North East and no Scallops!!
