General Comments

I ordered a watch from Timedon Ltd for a 30th Birthday gift on 6th of November. By the 12th December it still had not arrived. I sent various e-mails, but received no response, and I called to be told that the watch would arrive shortly. I then found that the web site was down.

It wasn't until I said I would take the mater further that I received a response via e-mail. I have had the money refunded back into my account, but no apology for the shocking lack of communication or service. Pay the extra money and go to a high street jewellers (I used Chisholm Hunter). You're better protected with a 2 year guarantee from them. Also, and you won't have to go through the stress and worry I have.
