Price, on-time flight record, baggage handling
New boarding procedure, cramped seating, change in Rapid Rewards not fair to long time customers.
Southwest has always been the leader in my book but this new boarding procedure is awful. You are not only issued a letter but a number in line as well. It wouldn't be so bad if everyone in your party was in sequence but I had B11 and they had B39. It was a vacation package so it wasn't like they were two separate tickets. We were at the counter at the very same time. I felt like I was lining up in grade school. They were very short with you too and acted like if you can't get in line right you go to the back. Rediculous. After many trips with Southwest to Vegas over the years, I will be looking into Midwest Air instead. I'd rather have an assigned seat than go through that mess again! What a shame Southwest. What posessed you to mess with a good thing?
