They seemed to have what I wanted in stock, and at a good price.

It took 3 days before my order was acknowledged. I waited for 35 minutes to speak to someone in customer services. After several attempts and a message saying they were busy, and for me to ring back later. I did eventually get to speak to someone, and they told me that my order had been dispatched and that they had no idea when it would arrive.
The HMV site said the order had been completed. HMV have been emailing me for months to persuade me to buy from them, and seem to have fallen at the first hurdle.
I will never buy from HMV again. I ordered CD's and a DVD from Amazon, CD Wow and Play at the same time. These all arrived within a week. If HMV are still in business next Christmas I will be very surprised. The Directors of HMV need to look at how poorly they perform compared to their competitors.
